And this is leading to attractive salaries for UX professionals in the capital city. Junior designers with 1-3 years experience can get paid between €30,000-€53,000. Mid-range designers (3-5 years) with just a couple more years’ experience will see salaries increase to €31,000-€59,000. And senior UX designers can expect to earn between €38,000-€87,000.
