What is Working with Developers?

Working with Developers is a practical course designed to improve collaboration between non-technical and technical teams. You’ll learn how developers work, what they need to succeed and how to communicate effectively to achieve smooth, successful project delivery, all without having to code.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You’ll learn concepts behind coding, how developers think and how to speak their language without writing code.

How long does it take and what’s the weekly commitment?

It’s 6 weeks, 6 modules and about 3 hours per week. It’s online and flexible.

What will I learn by the end?

Over 6 weeks, you’ll gain insight into how developers approach their work and make decisions. You’ll cover the fundamentals of software development, giving you the confidence to collaborate effectively and contribute to smoother, more successful projects.
