Industry Advisory Council
The Industry Advisory Council comprises technology industry employers, design leaders and recruiters and plays a vital role in overseeing the development of UX Design Institute courses, to ensure they are employer-focused and forward-thinking.
Validating excellence in UX education
We want you to learn the most relevant skills that employers are looking for. That’s why we formed an Industry Advisory Council, consisting of technology industry employers, design leaders and recruiters. The Council connects us to the wider UX industry. It oversees our courses, making sure they’re current and focused on the skills employers need most.

Setting a global standard
The Industry Advisory Council and university credit-rating set a globally recognised standard for our educational programmes. Employers and recruiters have confidence that graduates from the UX Design Institute have achieved the highest level of UX education and job-ready skills.
Current members of the Industry Advisory Council
The Council is made up of three types of members: global technology companies who employ UX professionals, startups and agencies that use UX in their design process, and recruitment agencies who find and place UX professionals.
