Sofia Gervasoni

Sofia is the UX Designer on Process Mining, a product within IBM Automation. Here, Sofia takes a human-centered approach to creating and iterating designs that respond to a real need. Before joining IBM, Sofia studied Creative computing with Design engineering, in addition to being a freelance designer in London. She has a passion for ethical design practices, and enjoys delving into the creation of products & ideas, through a rich design thinking process.

Síofra Baker
Síofra Baker

Síofra is a UX Researcher for AIOps within IBM Automation. Her role involves identifying user needs and actionable insights to enhance the user experience of IBMs products within this space. With a background in Design Innovation, Síofra spent some time working as a researcher in Maynooth University, prior to joining IBM where she was involved in projects to embed Strategic Design within Higher Education.
