Tell us a bit about your career before you studied UX with us.
“I worked in brand marketing in the drinks/FMCG industry - developing and launching new products to market in the traditional bricks and mortar retail space. I was always fascinated by customer trends, shopper behaviour and developing new solutions, experiences and occasions.”
Why did you want to learn more about UX?
“I am passionate about all things customer related and my interest in this area was also driven by advancements in ecommerce and consumers’ increasing consumption in technology and online shopping.”
Why did you choose to study UX with us?
“I researched some courses and after enquiring, I liked Colman’s approach. He explained it well - the content and also the outcomes, career benefits and opportunities realised from upskilling in this space.”
Since completing the course, how has your career progressed?
“Completing the course supported a career transition for me - from working within marketing in a FMCG organisation to becoming an Innovation Lab Manager in the financial services industry, where there is substantial UX activity and investment.”
